Q. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping and creating amazing outdoor spaces with Kumquat garden is easy.

A. Browse our product categories to discover new looks or, if you already have a idea of what you're looking for, use the search bar to search for specific products. Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button underneath the item description. Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the 'CART' link at the top of the page. You can add products or use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' button to delete items from your cart. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

Q. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    A. It's not required, you can definitely process your Kumquat Garden order as a "Guest" or you can SIGN UP during the checkout process and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Kumquat Garden account:

    • Track your orders and review past purchases
    • Request your return or exchange directly from your account
    • Be notified when new products arrive
    • Save your address and card details for faster shopping
    • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

    Q. I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    A. No worries, if you've forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the MY ACCOUNT page. You'll be prompted to reset your password.

    Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

    A. All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed processing your order and making a purchase.

    If the product you want to buy is out of stock, you can choose 'notify me when this item is back in stock' on the feature tab highlighted on each Kumquat Garden product page. Customer Service will notify you when the item is back in stock via email.

    Q. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE ON KUMQUAT GARDEN?

    A. Your personal online security is important to us. We use Shopify Payments, managed by the popular banking system STRIPE, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our Kumquat Garden systems. All orders are processed securely, 100% of the time. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. We have installed a personalized Fraud Alert program that protects you from any online theft. 

    Kumquat Garden accepts all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments. We happily honor all payments processed through PayPal too for added purchasing options.

    Q. WHICH COUNTRIES DOES KUMQUAT GARDEN SHIP TO?

      A. Kumquat Garden ships most items globally; you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of international shipping. 

      Q. DOES KUMQUAT GARDEN SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

        A. At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes without a recognized street address associated with the PO Box digits. Kumquat Garden does not deliver to forwarding addresses.

        Q. HOW MUCH TAXES AND / OR DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

          A. Prices displayed on our Kumquat Garden website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your international order, sales tax and international Customs duty (where applicable) will be estimated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on your Order Summary page. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all duties within your country; if you have questions about duty rates and fees we advise you speak to the Customs office in your country of origin.

          If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of New Mexico. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA outside of NM. (Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Kumquat Garden is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.)

          Q. HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

            Q. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

              A. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered on our JOIN US page, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'MY ACCOUNT' followed by 'TRACK YOUR ORDER'.

              Q. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

                Q. WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

                  A. When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be refunded to the original payment method or given a Kumquat Garden online store credit (redemption code) and will exclude shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of New Mexico, all sales taxes will be refunded.

                  Outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local Customs office in your country directly. 

                  Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.

                  Q. DOES KUMQUAT GARDEN EVER HAVE SEASONAL SALES?

                  A. Absolutely. Kumquat Garden will hold an end-of-summer sale and a pre-holiday sale. We notify our customers via email announcements as well as updates on all our social media outlets. In addition, Kumquat Garden will at times "mark down' certain items and offer them at a reduced price. Watch for updates on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.

                  Q. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

                  A. Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. You can read more on our Kumquat Garden Terms Of Use and Policies page on this website.
