Returns & Exchanges

At Kumquat Garden we extend every effort to make your purchase delivery perfect, however we appreciate there are times when things just didn't work out. For that we offer our return and exchange policy.

Order Cancellation Policy Prior to Product Shipment

  • Your online order is eligible for cancellation and full refund within 48 hours of being placed provided the goods have not been packaged and shipped according to our designer brands and product manufacturers policy terms and with prior approve from Kumquat Garden.
  • After 48 hours and up to 96 hours our Customer Service office will work with you, and if the designer or brand allows order cancellation then we will extend the courtesy for a full refund less any vendor established late cancellation fees. 

The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Gift Certificates
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked “FINAL SALE” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be charged for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your total return credit.

USPS, UPS or Other Carrier Damage & Breakage

  • Customer must notify our Customer Service office within two (2) days of receipt of any damage claims.
  • Full refund or shipment of new item at customer's discretion. A Return Authorization number will be issued via email and this number must be marked on the outside of any returning item for consideration.
  • Customer must notify our Customer Service office within 2 days of receipt of any damage claims.
  • Please keep all packaging in-tact exactly as you received it.


General Return Procedure

  • Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.
  • Notify our Customer Service office within two (2) days that you would like to request a return with the form provided.
  • Ship your items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please insure the item(s) over $100.00 when shipping; customer is responsible for all insured package fees.
  • All items being returned must have an Return Authorization number marked visibly on the outside of each returning package.

Our Exchange Policy

 If your item should arrive damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Just submit your details in the form provided and our Customer Service desk will be in touch right away.
